Fujian Risefar Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Cross-Border Pioneer in Pharmaceutical Intermediates/New Materials/Fragrance & Flavor

Fujian Risefar Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in February 2023, with its headquarters located in the Quanzhou Port National Petrochemical Industrial Zone in Fujian Province. The company has a total investment of US$70 million and occupies a site spanning 70,000 square meters. As a high-tech fine-chemical enterprise, it focuses on the research, development, and production of premium fragrance ingredients, pharmaceutical intermediates, and innovative functional materials, striving to become a global benchmark for innovation in the fine-chemical industry.

The company is building its intelligent production base in two phases. Phase one involves a $50 million investment to construct two large, multi-functional production workshops along with supporting infrastructure. Phase two will see an additional $20 million investment to expand production capacity further. Once completed, the facility will have an annual output capacity of 12,000 tons, serving three key sectors: pharmaceuticals, individual fragrances, and high-performance materials. The production base boasts over 20 core process technologies, including hydrogenation, chlorination, and amination, and is equipped with cutting-edge machinery such as high-pressure reactors, fluidized-bed reactors, and molecular distillation units. This advanced setup enables seamless switching between more than 100 different process routes. Additionally, the company has pioneered a unique, multifunctional modular production system that allows for rapid mass production of new products within just 3 to 6 months.

The company boasts dual R&D centers in Hangzhou and Fuzhou—home to over 50 engineers dedicated to tackling cutting-edge technology challenges. Additionally, our Quanzhou pilot-scale facility, supported by a technical team of more than 30 members, has established a seamless "lab-to-production" pathway. Complemented by an internationally standardized quality-control system, we ensure that all our products achieve superior purity and stability, surpassing industry benchmarks. Looking ahead, we’re accelerating the implementation of advanced engineering initiatives to build a world-class, leading-edge fine-chemicals cluster—driving the industry toward greater sophistication, intelligence, and sustainability!

Ammoniation reaction

Ammoniation reaction

The amination reaction is a core class of organic synthesis reactions, fundamentally involving the chemical introduction of an amino group into a specific position within an organic compound molecule, ultimately leading to the formation of nitrogen-containing compounds. As the amino group serves as a crucial functional group in many important organic molecules, amination reactions play an indispensable role in fields such as pharmaceuticals, materials science, and agriculture.
